Compressed file playing at twice+ its speed!

I have created my first 5 min instructional video that I uploaded to Google Drive.    However, although playback through 'Explain Everything' is at the right speed, when I play back the uploaded file in Google Drive it's indecipherable it's so fast!  It took forever to compress and upload and eventually I want to upload to YouTube and obviously don't want this to happen. Does anyone know why this is happening pls?  I am using an Android tablet.
