Based on the reply to "four suggestions" above, this may be an iPad not an EE issue, but here's my problem:
I am bringing in a rather large PowerPoint presentation via Dropbox. It appears that the "grab" of each slide gets progressively lower. For the first 13 slides it's not really noticeable, but beyond that the "grabbed" image begins to show the white space between one slide and the next, and by the 18th slide you begin to see the top of the next slide. By the last slide (slide 28), the amount is really significant.
I know I can move the grabbed image around within EE, but this will make it necessary to go back and redo all the slides, moving the information progressively down the slides as the PowerPoint goes on and is still going to leave me with the white space issue unless I also make the slides a little larger. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there an easier solution?
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer. I just got this program and think it has incredible potential!

In general, if a PPT slide does not import correctly, please convert the PPT to a PDF, and then import that PDF to Explain Everything.
On a Mac, you can simply print it to PDF, and on Windows you'll have to install a free program called "PDF Creator" (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/) - it then creates a printer on your Windows machine, that will "print" documents to PDF files.
In some cases there are problems with PPT/PPTX not being correctly divided into pages. This especially concerns PPT/PPTX files not created in Powerpoint, but in OpenOffice and other apps. If the PPT you have is not private, please send it (or a Dropbox link to it) to support@morriscooke.com – we'll check it for problems.
