My iPhone is set up with an Exchange account.
I can create events on the iPhone that sync with the server, but when I create a new event in Outlook on computer, it will not sync to Organizer+. (But it does sync with Apple's Calendar app on the same iPhone)
I have the Exchange selected in Organizer+ as default.

Hi,
setting a calendar as default doesn't influence synchronization. What kind of iOS you're using (is it iOS5?). What kind of event is it (recurring event?). Please also check if event is visible in standard iPhone calendar - if it is and Organizer+ doesn't synchronize this event - it may be a known bug which existing we confirmed for iOS5 calendar synchronization (doesn't happen in iOS 4.3).
That's bad news, but good news is that we already fixed that and will release this fix with version 1.2 heading for AppStore in day or two.

Its shows up in standard iPhone Calendar almost immediatly...just never appears in Organizer+ |
