useful features that would make this app perfect

Hi

I would just like to suggest a few features for photo puppet go & video puppet that would be incredibly useful for me and I hope you'll consider them.

   • First would be the ability to lock the direction an object can travel, while in recording mode. For example currently when moving a picture in recording mode you can move the picture in any direction: up, down, side to side, with this feature you would be able to turn on a setting that allows you to only move that picture up & down or side to side not at the same time. This would be incredibly useful as it is my most needed feature

   • Next would be the ability to easily enlarge or rotate an image after importing it into the create a new puppet or background screen as it's very hard to enlarge a photo currently without accidentally rotating it and vice versa.

   • Lastly it would be very nice if this app supported portrait video orientation and not just landscape

Thankyou so much for listening to my complaining and I'd like to complement you on the list of apps you've made as they are the only apps in the app store that let you overlay pictures and make videos out of them. To me these two apps are irreplaceable and I would love for the features above to be implemented in them to further improve upon two fantastic apps.

sorry for not replying for so long, but we were busy preparing Explain Everything, our new app based on PhotoPuppet. I read your post a few days after you made it, but then the forum does not show the post anymore as a new one and I forgot to reply :-(

We have some improvements coming to PhotoPuppet, that will be lifted from EE. Thank you for your suggestions, and I think that the first to appear in PhotoPuppet will be the 'direction lock' - as it will enable to make subtitles (together with text boxes that we will move over from EE).

Hi Jeff,

since that time we issued an update (early November, PhotoPuppet HD 1.4), that introduced the faster movie compression from Explain Everything into PhotoPuppet. iOS 5 compatibility was added.

So stay tuned! More improvements are coming early next year.

Audioshare compatability is apparently is just a simple line of code to incorporate into an app. This would be most excellent.
